    Still going with Earthlink. Haven't had any reason to call them in several years, thank goodness!

    Have had connection for about 3 years (started when it was still Mindspring). Did move during that time and it was h#ll trying to get Earthlink to get connection done. Ended up several weeks without a connection.

    Tech support is terrible. I do everything I can to avoid having to call them.

    I use a Linksys router which makes hooking up to the internet a heck of a lot easier than using Earthlink's/Mindspring's software crap. I have mine and my daughters PCs connected up to it and it just goes.

    Do have to say very few down times. Maybe 3 or 4 that I can remember. And those were only outages of typically a 1/2 day or so.
