    I have enjoyed 6+ years of very good service at 1500/384 Kbps with UHP modem.

    I just ordered a new modem and signed a 12 month contract extension. When speaking to billing, they gave me 1 month free service and 3 months at $19.95, as well as, the modem being free.

    I have absolutely no account issues and billing has never been messed up.

    Service is like 99.99% availible. I get zapped "for mysterious reasons" a couple times a year but it generally comes back in a few hours.

    Overall ..I will stay with EL ..!

    Yaaahhhhh ...BUT ....I keep the memory alive with my email address. I started "BadFrog" as an alias many years ago..then my wife stole TMMerlin from me ..so BadFrog became my primary ..but ..we both keep @mindspring.com.

    When Mindspring sold out and got bought by EL ..we both said .." there goes the neighborhood "..

    Mindspring and Netcom, I have addresses for both along with a few EL ones.
