User bobytt writes in: "I got a letter from Atlantic broadband in Miami Beach saying that from Mid January they are going to offer speeds up to 12mbps. Amazing, since they were offering MAX 5mbps so far, and for me personally they were one of the WORST ISPs in whole US regarding speeds."
Atlantic Broadband serves portions of Western Pennsylvania, Miami Beach, portions of South Carolina and Maryland/Delaware, and a small part of of Cattaraugus County, New York that is not covered by Time Warner. At the moment the fastest speed they offer is 5Mbps, which ranges from $45.95 - $65.95 depending on bundles.
